For reservations taken through our website, your data will only be stored in the UK.
Oriental Aroma mail data is stored securely in data centres managed by Yahoo Mail
Your name and telephone numbers when you order food or make bookings are stored securely on our epos system
managed by Soft Abacus

Electronic data (payments by card) must be kept for period determine by law for the purpose of our book keeping, we
do not keep complete details of your card details
Phone numbers and Names are kept indefinitely until you request us to delete them
Emails are kept indefinitely until you request us to delete them
